A new week...

Ok, well here it is, a new week. Let's hope it's better than last! Poor Colby ended up having to go in for a Rocephin (antibiotic) shot 3 days in a row last week to finally get this darn ear infection cleared that he's been fighting for a month! Poor baby! But I tell you what, it sure made a difference, within hours, literally!! We've actually been sleeping and happy since Friday! Yay! He's such a sweet baby, and now he's feeling about 100% better. Good deal!!
We had a pretty mellow weekend. Nate worked Sat, and his parents came down Sunday. Ryan was thrilled once again to play with Grandpa Jack! ; ) We just hung out and went out for supper to celebrate Jack's birthday. It was nice!
I'm off work today, and work Tues-Wed-Thurs this week. Not much planned otherwise. : ) I'll upload some new pictures soon! : )

Well I've been hearing alot of "I want to see new pics of those babies!!" and today is the day!! For some reason finding time has been interesting... : ) So fun, these boys. Here's a plethra of different pics. :P They are getting so big so fast.....took Colby in the other day, he had his 4 mos checkup & shots, and then I had to take him back in and have those darn ears rechecked....and he officially is an 18+ pounder. : ) Silly boy! So big! Happy baby, giggles alot now, especially when mommy chews on his chubby leggies!!! Loves to watch big brother, watches is every move--thinks he's funny too!! He really reaches for things now, and pulls everything to his mouth! Little jabberbox!!
Big brother is just as silly, always doing the go0fiest things! The other night he was dancin around the living room & decided he wanted to be naked, so he pulled his diaper off & continued to dance! It was very funny, silly boy! Another goofy thing he did lately--he was sittin in his highchair eatin supper the other nite, and i was on the floor changin Colby's diaper....the TV was on, and Wife-Swap was on--the one family were clowns, and they were puttin on their makeup,etc. Pretty soon I hear--"Mommy...." I turn around, and the little goofball was rubbing ketchup on his cheeks!! He wanted to be a clown too! I said, trying not to laugh..."Ryan, we don't put ketchup on our -- and he said "Face!!" just grinnin away!! : )
Oh that boy, keeps us in stitches! : ) We have a ball with them. Love 'em to pieces! So without further adue...here are some pictures!!!!

Hello New Year!

Can't believe it's '08! Time flies! Colby will be 4 mos old tomorrow, crazy he's that big already! And pushin 17 lbs, I'm guessing. He was 16.5 a few weeks ago when I took him in for an EAR INFECTION. The dreaded words. Let's pray this is not a precursor of things to come.... I think he's working on a couple teeth too, so that's part of it. He's so darn cute, though, and such a happy little fart! Kissable & Chunky Monkey!! His brother sure thinks so too. :) Ryan loves his baby, that's for sure. We went to Grand Island this weekend, hung out with a "couple friend", Chris & Holly Allen. Nate & Chris grew up together, and we have a ball when we hang out. :) We went out for pizza & to a basketball game at GICC (where Nate & Chris graduated from). It was great. The boys got to hang out with Grandpa & Grandma Smolek...Ryan loves to play play play with Poppa Jack, especially. He didn't stop all weekend! It feels good to be home today, hangin out with the boys. The last couple of weeks have been so busy, it's nice to chill and play. : )
